Visited the Oceanarium for some primary research- learnt some facts about turtles and gathered some photographs for reference material (it was tricky to draw on site as they were swimming quite a lot!). I learnt they can't retract their heads and legs inside their shell like tortoises so that's something to keep in mind for my narrative.
